Meet Egan Bagley, the clockmaker extraordinaire! He's about to unveil his masterpiece clock that's so impressive, even Big Ben is getting jealous. But hold on to your pocket watches because things are about to get wacky. A gypsy has come to town selling bewitched beads and things start to get wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey. Suddenly, With the power of his four-faced clock, Egan becomes a pint-sized time wizard, wreaking havoc and causing all sorts of trouble. And if that wasn't enough, he's also about to become the richest man in Chester! He's so rich, he's swimming in gold coins like Scrooge McDuck. But as they say, with great power comes great responsibility... and in Egan's case, great consequences. Will he use his powers for good or will he let greed consume him?
