​​He said’ and ‘she said’ can be boring if used all of the time. You can still use it but you can also give your writing more awesomeness by using other words that tell us  how your character is feeling e.g.

(Annoyed) "Why did you do that?" he fumed.
(Happy) "You look so funny!" she giggled.
